The address for the blood draw is 12435 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604. Park at the corner of Whitsett Ave (Red Box) and walk over to back of Studio City Dental Center, located on Ventura Court (Green Arrow) at your appointment time. A phlebotomist will draw blood and the whole process will take 15 minutes.

Please wear a mask and make sure to take you proper precautions and distance from other people. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.
